Guidelines for COVID-19:
All persons entering the building must wear a mask. Athletes will be screened before entering the facility. Persons who have a fever of 100.4°F (38.0°C) or above or other signs of illness will not be admitted in the facility. We encourage guardians to be on the alert for signs of illness in their children and to keep them home when they are sick.
Parent Drop Off and Pick Up
Hand hygiene stations will be set up at the entrance of the facility, so that guardians and athletes can clean their hands before they enter. Parents will sign in and we will provide sanitary wipes for cleaning pens between each
Ideally, the same guardian or designated person should drop off and pick up the athlete. If possible, older people such as grandparents or those with serious underlying medical conditions should not drop off or pick up athletes, because they are more at risk for severe illness from COVID-19.
Guardians must arrive ten minutes prior to the end of practice and remain outside or in their vehicle until athletes have been dismissed from class. Guardians must pick up athletes on time. This will allow the staff to clean, sanitize, and disinfect frequently touched surfaces prior to the start of the next class.
We discourage outside items. Electronic devices (i.e., iPad, Chromebook, etc.), backpacks, tote bags, clothes, toys and food are not permitted. We will only allow a water bottle with athletes' name on it. Sharing of items is prohibited.
There is no cell phone usage during practice. In case of an emergency, all guardians must contact us via office phone number. For more information visit: www.cdc.gov/covid19.
