Director Jenae Gardner, affectionately known as “Coach Nae”, has over 25 years of cheerleading, dance and tumbling experience.  Her cheerleading and coaching experience includes: serving as Captain of Nansemond River High School cheerleading Squad in Suffolk, VA; 3 years of Professional Cheerleading in Trier, Germany; 2 years of Professional Dance in Spangdahelm, Germany; 8 years as Lead Dance Instructor for ZHPCCH in Waverly, VA; 6 years as Lead Lyrical Instructor of HTM Portsmouth, VA; 3 years as Cheer Commissioner and 3 years as a Competitive/All-Star Head Coach for Portsmouth City Cowboys, Inc.; Member of the American Youth Football and Cheer Association in Norfolk, VA; 2 years as Head Coach of IMPACT at Fort Eustis/Langley Military Base in Hampton/Newport News, VA and Founder and Director of iIMPACT Squad, iGlitter Babies, iIMPACT Minis, Unlimited Squad, and iIMPACT the Mat Heat All-Stars. She has instructed various Competitive Cheer teams who have placed number one in their division. Coach Nae is USASF, CPR and First Aid certified. She specializes in fostering  growth mentally and athletically. She prides herself on developing and inspiring athletes to reach their full potential.
